While I was employed at American Renolit my former employer, Field Container,
contacted me. We talked for a few weeks and came to an agreement for my return
as a Team Leader Pressman / Die Cutter on a Stevens- Graphics ( Harris ) 6 color
heat set/u.v. web press with a coater and in line Zerand die cutter.
They have a new micro-color closed loop color control system that I have learned. I
have extensive experience in registration, setting color,setting rollers,changing
blankets and complete m/r of presses and die cutter as well as maintenance of
presses.

American Renolit Corp. is a plastics manufacturer for the furniture film industry.
My primary responsibility was to operate this new department in an efficient
manner up to and including training employees, ordering chemicals, assisting in the
hiring process.
I spent 3 weeks in Germany for informational and operation purposes. After
training many individuals on the operation of the press and slitter machine, we went
from a 3 person 1 shift operation to a 7 day a week operation in the press room. I
wrote a complete step by step training manual for the press and slitter,then
evaluated employees after a 6 week training period.

I worked in Milwaukee for Field Container that closed, they transferred me to one of
their plants in Indiana with the press that was previously in Milwaukee,My primary
responsibility was to train others on that particular press, and to be a Team Leader.in,
2001 I attended 2 years of g.a.t.f. training in web press operation,I have been involved in
safety committees,I.S.O. 9001 internal auditor,involed with lean manufacturing, 5,s and
kaizen committee to streamline processes and reduce machine waste and downtime.
