Positions held in Integrated Defense Systems, Phantom Works, and

Boeing Research & Technology divisions at The Boeing Company.

Responsibilities:

. Member of Six Sigma project core group following DMAIC and DFSS

processes.

. Became one of the fastest to be Six Sigma Black Belt certified in

the history of St. Louis site.

. Completed wide breadth of projects including shop floor defect

reduction, shop floor and business process cycle time reduction as

well as strategic vision and advanced data analysis.

. Mentored Green Belt and Black Belt project teams providing

feedback, gauging progress and assisting with management and other

. Responsible for strategy documents related to AIMS project to gauge

. Managed budget (personnel and capital) for AIMS project and was

project with University of Texas-San Antonio (UT-SA) focusing on

and demonstrated remote transfer and communication between Boeing
