Coordinated food services and guest relations for the #1 Franchisee in

Applebee's International. Lowered BWL cost from $1100 out to $192 in,

directed hiring and assignment of personnel, reducing the need to bring in

employees from other operations during peak season. Reviewed financial

transactions and monitored budgets to ensure efficient operations as well

as falling in line with corporate expectations.

Carolina Pride Inc. Greenwood, SC

Supervised and coordinated activities of workers engaged in verifying and

keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepared bills of
