electron microscope.

blocks using an ultra microtome and staining these sections with

toluidine blue or lead citrate and uranyl acetate.

and helped them use the scanning and transmission electron

microscopes for their research.

into different species based on their morphological characteristics,

preserved and stored them in the University's herbarium collection.
