managed $9,000,000 annual budget, and provided creative oversight for
forecasting, cash flow analysis, program feasibility studies, auditing,
cash flow analysis, and facility expansion efforts. Other duties included
garnering dramatic savings in employee insurance programs, accreditation
management, special committee membership, and fiscal documentation
authorship, including audits and cost reports, payroll, income
statements, depreciation schedules, due diligence, aging receivables, and
capital expenditures.

revenues, while reducing costs significantly during tenure. Directed
feasibility studies resulting in high return on Medicaid and Medicare
