Select Accomplishments:
As the lead IT Consultant, provided business process and supply chain software expertise to a redesign
initiative across the Product Research and Development organization which transformed the raw
material supply chain, including business processes, organizational structure and software, with an
expected 60% reduction in cycle time and $600K annual savings.
Developed and delivered a comprehensive IT strategic plan, led comprehensive software selection
process and subsequently supported the formation of a $6M partnership with an enterprise software
vendor to develop a first in class software package to support the needs of Chemical Process
Development facilities in Indiana and Belgium.
As the lead business analyst, directed requirements elicitation effort for a $6M pilot plant operations
management software project, documenting over 500 business requirements. Co led all software design
sessions, facilitated the business through the definition of their future state business processes, led
software configuration and end user testing and coordinated user training and software implementation.
Project resulted in annual savings of over $1M from increased productivity, reduced cycle time and
improved quality and analytics.
Led a $4M project as team leader/project manager to replace the existing in house global adverse event
reporting system with a superior vendor package. Completed successful software implementation for 15
affiliates worldwide, establishing the required capabilities to meet European and US adverse event
regulatory reporting requirements. Received an LRL President’s Award for my leadership.
