City of Coeur d' Alene, WWTP Low Phosphorus Demonstration Pilot Facility,

Coeur d' Alene, ID.

Evaluated the installation cost of three separate types of Low Phosphorus

treatment. Treatment includes membrane bioreators (MBRs), tertiary

membrane filtration (TMF) and continuous up flow media filtration (CUMF).

All three systems were to be capable of maximum monthly flow of 50,000 gpd

with remova efficiency of up to 200,000 gpd. Estimate of probable cost was

$3,803,000.

Coucil Bluffs Water Works South Water Plant, Council Bluffs, IA.

Developed an opinion of probable construction cost estimate for the 30% and

60% design levels. The facility was a submerged membrane design with an

initial capacity of 10 MGD expandable to 20 MGD with significant structural

modifications. Process include filter tubs for 20 MGD of submerged

membranes, chemical feed facilities for 20 MGD and High service pumping

capacity of 10 MGD expandable to 20 MGD with the addition of pumps only.

60% design level opinion of probable construction cost was $36,578,000.

Pinellas County Utilities, Pinellas County, FL - Onsite Sodium Hypochlorite

generation projects.

Provided cost estimating services for 4 separate hypochlorite generation

projects at various pump station and waste water treatment plants: a) South

Cross Bayou, b) William F. Dunn WRF, c) Water Transmission Logan Pump

Station & North Booster Pumps Station, d) Oakhurst Pump Station, and Capri

Pump Station, Gulf Beach Pump Station. Opinion of probable cost for all

segments was $4,310,000.

Orlando Utilities Commision - 14 miles of 24" reclaimed water transmission

main, Orlando and the City of Apopka, FL.

Developed 4 opinions of probable construction cost for client in selecting

a potential routing of a 24" reclaimed water transmission main from an

existing Orlando water treatment plant to a new City of Apopka water

treatment plant. Opinion of probable cost for the base estimate was

$100,316,000.
