Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

Command development and implementation of supplier commodity strategies, in

order to reduce time to market and achieve sustained manufacturing.

Provide leadership for all business aspects: contracts, purchase orders,

planning, inventory, risks, project management and supplier performance.

Review organizational strategies, as part of the senior management team,

including product and technological needs in relation to markets served now

and in the future. Manage 4 direct reports on supplier strategy

development/implementation and KPI. Position is responsible for weekly

presentations to GM and CEO of corporate office in Berlin.

. Implemented NCI project to develop dual source supplier, saving $1.5M

in the first year of transition; overall 5 year savings will be $5.5M.

. Developed a strategic partnership with a current supplier, reducing

overall pricing in the first year by $400K and avoided a 70% cost

Fully accountable for purchasing processes, vendor sourcing, inventory

management, forecasting and planning for all service programs. Managed

corporate staff of 9 purchasing agents (stateside and international) and
