Objective
I would like to work in a professional field doing anything from customer service
to night audit to receptionist and office assistant work. I enjoy helping people, working in
a professional setting and expanding my knowledge in this field. I want to work for a
company where there is potential for growth. I want to be able to improve on all that
knowledge that I’ve acquired so far. My goal is to one day become a general manager
of a hotel or assistant general manager.
Qualifications
I experience working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and little knowledge
using power point. I’ve had customer service work for over ten years. I am very
comfortable dealing with the public. I work well in stressful situations.

work Experience
Marriott International- Night Auditor June-2008- May 2010
My duties at the Marriott included handling check ins and check outs. I also
balanced shift closings. I had to deal with various guests issues. I handled phone
calls as well as gave out directions to our guests. I ran many shift reports and
balanced out the totals for the day. I had to post Av and Banquet checks as well as
Concierge expenses. I followed the hotels check lists. My job included running
arrival reports. I had to assist guests in finding other hotel accommodations when
the hotel was sold out. I handled cash as well and printed out guests receipts. My
job included printing folios and distributing them. I had to work with the PMS system
as well as GCS. I handled all the gift shop, restaurant and bar receipts.
Alliance Security- Security Officer June 2007- June 2008
During my employment with Alliance Security I worked at The Charming
Shoppes. My job included monitoring the warehouse employees on camera. I had to
perform numerous rounds throughout my shift inside and outside of the hotel. I also
became a lieutenant and supervised over the other officers that were working my
shift. I also kept a log where I wrote down everything that happened during my shift.
I handed out employee time cards.
Allied Barton - Security Officer February 2007- May 2007
I work all three shifts at Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus for Allied Barton. There I
sat in a booth and monitored the people entering and exiting the dorms. I also checked
the identification of all guests that did not belong to the school. I made daily log reports
and reported any suspicious behavior to my superiors and relief’s.
Admiral Security- Security Officer February 2006- February 2007
My assigned post for Admiral Security was working at the Department Of Social
Services. There I worked with a body scanner and a hand scanner as well a pat downs.
I had to check everyone’s bag that entered the building with the exception of
employees. If the clients had any weapons I had to make them dispose of them outside
I had to handle loud guests who weren’t complying with the Departments rules.
