incident and determining recommendation to avoid similar incidents in

for hurricanes, oil spill preventions, Storm Water Prevention
Pollution Plan (SP3), etc.
. Develop Safety Procedures using Lotus Notes; create checklists for all
plant employees to follow, and establish safety audits for
Facilitators to perform in their department.
. Manage Hazardous Communication program, Resource Conservation Recovery
Act (RCRA), Universal Waste, and Waste Manifest System
. Established recycling programs and incentives for disposing cardboard,
computer paper, stretch wrap, and scrap metal.
. Facilitate Confined Space Preparations (Stand by rescue team, Permits,
Attendant), Lockout Tag outs on tanks, Production lines, Palletizers
