Organization from scratch. Position eliminated in a 15% reduction in their

workforce after dramatic fall in revenue. Supervised two buyers and one

warehouse manager. Responsibilities included inventory reduction, vendor

selection and on time delivery of inbound production materials. Company's

revenue's were adversely impacted by collapse of the market within six

weeks of hire and position was eliminated.
