MJN US Medical Sales. Department also responsible for communications and
planning for medical sales force. Considerable experience defining support
strategies while also managing resources providing services such as
technology deployments, training and support.
. Improved an internal process that enabled MJN to avoid $250,000 and
allowed BMS to save in excess of $1.5 MM for providing high-speed
internet services to 3000+ remote employees. First "non sales rep"
employee to receive the Accent on Excellence Sales Rep of the Year award

. Managed fulfillment vendor relationship - optimized processes and
inventory therefore reducing costs from $1.3 MM in 2004 to $450,000 in
2008.
. Created and implemented training strategy for SFA deployment that

. Collaborated with internal stake holders to develop a sales rep sampling
