manufacturing engineering. Implemented a world class TPM/Predictive

Maintenance Program.

. In 18 months, increased up-time by 20 percent in a 327 piece

equipment, 24/6 operation.

. Reduced energy costs by 11 percent through contract negotiations with

utilities and with implementation of energy reduction projects.
