ISC SUPERVISOR
As ISC Supervisor, I have been in control of all day to day operations of 4
different subassembly cells with as many as 40+ direct reports. Work with
Production Planner to release work, schedule shop floor assembly and
delivery to customers. Schedule all direct and indirect labor within cells.
Prepare and deliver associate reviews. Develop and maintain Metric system
on cell performance to identify improvement opportunities and report
results to Leadership Team. Co-ordinate all Quality, Engineering,
Maintenance, Housekeeping, and HS&E functions within Cells. I have been on
several audit teams preparing cells for NADCAP audits based on NADCAP
checklists.
I have been Supervisor of Transformer assembly cell, Circuit Card assembly
cell with both Surface Mount and through-hole technology, final Assembly
Production Paint Room, Fabrication work centers including NADCAP approved
plating area, CNC machining and turning centers.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Reduced Past Due $ in Transformer area from over $100K to $0 while
improving On Time Delivery to Internal and External Customers to 100%
Reduced TAT in Paint Room from nearly 4 days to 1.3 days
Reduced Defects in Paint Room by 90%
Participated in several Kaizen Projects including developing Kan Ban
Supermarket in Transformer area and visual work flow system in Paint Room
Fabrication PPM reduced by half
Plating Room PPM reduced from 8,000 to just under 1,000
CCA Past Due Hours reduced from 2,200 to 400
CCA DPMO reduced to 334

oversaw these projects from conception through construction.
