Plant Manager
Manager of the Charlotte campus in charge of all staff, metal
fabrication, machining operations and three tier 1-assembly
operations based on line sequencing JIT delivery. Oversaw and
maintained the campus Safety, Quality, PM program, Production
scheduling and delivery performance exceeding customers expectations
by maintaining award status of the supplier.
Project Manager
Manager of new customer projects including, RFQ, Prototype build,
PPAP requirements, implementation of full production processes and
deliveries to the customers. The Lead Project manager of such
projects as a fully fabricated Truck Cab and Chassis; Fabricated
Electric Car body and all suspension components, a fully fabricated
Aluminum Pontoon boat. Also responsible for over -all plant layout
and flow of manufacturing using Lean manufacturing, Focus factory,
5S formats, and principals. Lead Project manager of a complete
relocation of the 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing operations into new
locations once in Aug. 2007 and again in Sept. 2008
Quality Engineer
(CQE) responsible for all fabrication processes including cost
effective production, work instructions, error-proofing, inspection
processes, PFEMA, Control plans and PPAP. Also creating and
maintaining plant performance matrix such as PPMs, Scrap logs, First
time quality, Training programs and On-time delivery performance.

Dimensional Engineer (CMM)
Worked at ASC on the launch of the Chevy SSR truck produced at GMs
Lansing Craft Centre. I was in charge of dimensional measuring and
analysis of all body in white and general assembly parts at the ASC
facility. The lead for all Class "A" surface panels related to
processes, operations and training of metal finishing staff also
direct contact person between stamping suppliers and the G.M. Craft
Centre.
Production Manager
In charge of all under-body and exterior panels in the ASC body
shop. I maintained production on a JIT delivery to the customer
while also maintaining Safety, Quality and working unity between the
85 associates including 11 team leaders of the local UAW members and
ASC management.
Plant Production Analyst
In charge of creating and maintaining, all plant manufacturing daily
production reports and summarizing monthly reports dealing with
production efficiency, production downtime, and scrap. Identify and
implement ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and
reduce cost. Monitored and helped production maintain BOMs, SOPs,
assembly drawings, assembly processes, test procedures, and process
control of tools and fixtures.

Operations Manager
I was responsible for all plant operations assuring that safety,

programs were maintained. Also responsible for set-up of plant

quality system. In-charge of all cost effective methods and analysis
of manufacturing processes. Prototype and R&D of new product lines

capability and SPC. A Team member of fixture designs for
manufacturing and quality verification of production parts.
