America Leadership Team (LALT) based in Doral, Florida.

Planned and coordinated all logistical and meeting aspects of the regional leadership team, Extended Leadership

Team and Americas Leadership Team including bookings for conferences, hotels and travel arrangements.

Analyzed what background materials were needed, and collected, organized, and distributed materials and

agendas throughout the local office and Latin American countries.

Provided analytical and administrative support to the Finance team and to the Controller for the Latin American

Region.

Provided support to the HR Manager in the preparation of headcounts reports for the Latin America Region and

collected data to sustain such reports. Amended and communicated organizational charts to the entire

organization.

Provided support to the LALT with the assembling of project information and with the preparation and designs of

presentation slides.

Scheduled performance reviews for all members of the management team with their direct reports.

Coordinated and maintained the LALT calendar of appointments making independent judgments about priorities.

Developed and maintained excellent interpersonal relationship with Country Managers, BP organizations and

external contacts such as government, auditors, customer and industry related representatives and/or their
