Welfare Assistance, Food Stamp, Medicaid, Work, and Child Care (web-based,
n-tier architecture based on Java). Planned, developed, executed, and
closed down the state's Human Services application. Managed use of world-
class @Vantage( framework solution for WY/IRIS to support programs.

. Brought troubled eligibility application to stable development, with

Administrator, Administrative Services Division
Directed the distribution of technology support to over 1,000 statewide
employees (and their client bases) across 50 different locations. Oversaw
staff of 39 in programming, systems and database analysis, systems
operations, and network administration functions. Administered HR tasks
department-wide. Created all IT strategic/tactical plans for the
department, developing and monitoring $10 million-plus biennial budget.
Developed and maintained web site. Purchased and implemented systems for
mainframe, client/server, desktop/laptop, and LAN platforms.

. Brought agency from 2 to over 1,000 desktops using MS Office across 50
locations with over 30 LANs. Spearheaded breakthrough system development
