03/08 - 07/09 Maintenance Electrician Supervisor Triumph Foods,
St Joseph, MO
I supervised and trained the 8 electricians on 2nd shift or start-up crew
for a 20,000 head per day hog slaughtering facility. My Day to day
operations included taking all calls during production to diagnose
malfunctions in machines, equipment and control systems.
Repairing/replacing broken equipment, conduit, wiring, etc...After
production and ensuring that all areas of plant were safely started on
time.
. Worked with Stork Automated Kill Floor System, Butina CO2 Stunners and
LeBlanc Automated Cut Floor equipment.
