Professional Experience Summary
Feb. 2009 - May 2009. Test Conductor/Test Engineer. Targets &
Countermeasures Program, LMSSC.
Test Conductor/Test Engineer for a highly visible program requiring
leadership, discipline, test experience, customer interface skills and
willingness to accept unrelated tasks to support the program.
January 2001 - February 2009 Lockheed Martin IS&GS, Program (Systems
Engineer).
* System Engineer, Stf: Created a simple-to-understand metrics report for
reporting on the status of Event Testing through the complex work-in-
process to validation process. Immediately responded to customer request
to include in the report a list of new DRs introduced to the system.
Initiated and followed through on effort to address & close domain items
effecting event testing.
* Data Manager: Created a data archive system which met Site requirements
and customer
approval. Received a Lockheed Martin special recognition award for this
achievement.
* National Customer Interface: Provide two of our national customers on-
site presence. On
three occasions, I identified malfunctions hours before the customer
would have detected it
which enabled repairs to be initiated immediately.
* Team Organizational Conflict of Interest Coordinator: Recognized that
contractors were not
automatically notified of compliance expiration. Solved this problem by
creating a data-base
of group members so I could notify them of upcoming critical dates.
* Team Training Coordinator: Created a data-base to determine type of
training each
teammate required and insure training credit was documented.
* Member of System Integration & Verification Team during event exercises.
Oct. 1998 - January 2001 Lockheed Martin. Integration & Test Engineer.
* Took-over a critical task stagnated by events and created a mission
integration test procedure
and a mission operations test procedure. Recognized that critical support
for the tasks was
not going to be supplied and devised a procedure which complied with
company
requirements and program needs.
* Created a detailed but simplified drawing of the system which allowed
other engineers to
quickly identify critical data paths and trouble-shoot the system.
Feb. 1998 - Oct. 1998 Lockheed Martin. Integration & Test Engineer
. Performed a complete audit of the Program's Test Operations for the
Test Manager to ensure
compliance with the Lockheed Martin and customer requirements.

the Launch Site.
