• Project Consultant working with SolarWind Energy Corp in Kendallville, IN.

Completed a master file in Microsoft Excel to assist in maintenance and preventative

maintenance requirements with fleet inventories. Successfully assisted with a Sky

Stream wind turbine installations. Project completed on time and under budget.

Operations Manager June 2002 – November 2008

• Implemented an effective CMMS system, “COGZ”, and JD Edwards to ensure all PWI

assets met or exceeded facility and equipment performance. Implemented across all

seven Premium Water plants.

• Implemented training guidelines with specific job descriptions, SOP and testing

procedures to ensure associate development. Continuous training in process analysis,

team building and leadership concepts.

• Project Management to meet all facility requirements with Federal, State and Local

authorities. Projects to include waste water systems, water processes, production,

maintenance and logistics upgrades. All projects completed within budget and time

lines.

• Managed and directed activities of a 3 shift operation with 39 direct reports in

maintenance and production operations to meet all production performance goals.

• Worked with an administrative assistant to schedule maintenance activities with direct

line coordination in order to meet production requirements.

• Budget, track, and present departmental performance results vs. plan to budget.

• Implemented a successful CMMS (MP2), program with identification of maintenance

parts cost reductions along with effective management of a 3MM maintenance

storeroom.

• Team leader in training all associates with analytical trouble shooting techniques,

(ATS), to reduce overall scrap and equipment downtime with increased efficiencies.

• Worked directly with the Engineering Manager and Production Manager in order to

ensure meeting all facility, process and production needs.

• Project Management to include all mechanical contractor and financial controls during

all phases of the KRAFT / KIDD Marshmallow consolidation and upgrades. 2MM

project to move the KIDD manufacturing and operations facility to the Kendallville

facility. Project completed on time and within budget.
