Maintenance Consultant December 2008 - Present

• Project Consultant working with SolarWind Energy Corp in Kendallville, IN.

Completed a master file in Microsoft Excel to assist in maintenance and preventative

maintenance requirements with fleet inventories. Successfully assisted with a Sky

Stream wind turbine installations. Project completed on time and under budget.

• Implemented an effective CMMS system, “COGZ”, and JD Edwards to ensure all PWI

assets met or exceeded facility and equipment performance. Implemented across all

seven Premium Water plants.

• Implemented training guidelines with specific job descriptions, SOP and testing

procedures to ensure associate development. Continuous training in process analysis,

team building and leadership concepts.

• Project Management to meet all facility requirements with Federal, State and Local

authorities. Projects to include waste water systems, water processes, production,

maintenance and production operations to meet all production performance goals.

all phases of the KRAFT / KIDD Marshmallow consolidation and upgrades. 2MM

project to move the KIDD manufacturing and operations facility to the Kendallville
