company employing 600 plus people throughout the United States.
Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Manager
Accountable for overseeing Prep, Press, Finishing, Maintenance, and
Scheduling in our Saint Cloud commercial printing location. Also,
responsible for day to day Plant Manager responsibilities of our Sauk
Rapid Direct Mail/Direct Marketing plant. Held the P & L
accountability for all of Manufacturing.
. Started up the Sauk Rapid Direct Mail facility in March of 2007.
. Dramatic reduction in quality issues and reduction in "inspecting
in quality" through handwork labor by utilizing Lean tools and Six
Sigma methodologies.
. Reduced safety related issues and incidents by over 60% over a

accountability for a department which had sales of $325 million.

. Realigned leadership, cost structures, and reduced non-value added
activities in 2005; a five million dollar increase was accomplished
