Distribution Logistics Supervisor

This position will provide supervisory level leadership in

Distribution & Logistics activities

pertinent to inventory, receiving finished products, receiving raw

materials, receiving components, commercial shipments, clinical shipments,

international and miscellaneous shipments as well as DOT compliance, IATA

compliance, GMP compliance, and general safety.

All Warehouse & Shipping Department activities carried out in support of

the plant operations are: - Supportive of the goal of reliably providing

safe and efficacious product to the patient.

. Supervising the day-to-day activities of the Shipping and

timely manner.

. Boxing, wrapping, and packaging all products in a manner that is

. Supervise warehouse hourly employees to include:

. Delegating work assignments, initiating and conducting

performance reviews, suggesting disciplinary and/or recognition,

and assisting the Distribution Manager in minimizing legal

exposure in the area of fair and non-discriminatory labor

practices.

. Ensuring all warehouse operators are properly trained, certified

(as required) and competent in the handling of hazardous

materials as well as required SOPs and GMPs.

. Motivating, supporting and encouraging employees to keep a

positive working environment amongst themselves and other

departments on site.

. Study, evaluate and revise existing methods and procedures for

shipping, identifying, segregating, warehousing, and issuing

Prudential Security Project Manager

Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, training and the professional

development of 35 staff members. Manages shift supervisors, security

officers, and operations to ensure there are in compliance with established

polices and procedures. Coordinates initial responses to various

emergencies and incidents. Ensures proper staffing of all security posts,

makes adjustments and changes to post assignment as conditions necessitate.

Provide image capture and badge issuance services to building tenants.

Manages personnel and resources in a cost effective manner. Prepares

Incident Reports and Daily Summary Reports. Prepares weekly and monthly

reports on site activity, i.e., True Ops, Metrics, and Monthly Security

Supply: Supply Specialist- Mayport, FL Aug 1994- July 1998

Depot level repairable manager issued, ordered, received, and stowed over

3.6 million dollars worth of government equipment per year. Issued over

10,000 line items in repair parts annually. Maintained a 100% validity

inventory evaluation quarterly, inventory valued over 6.4 million dollars.

Managed storeroom self-sufficiently with little supervision, reporting only

to Senior Chief Officer. Prepared, organized and tracked over 6000

requisitions monthly. Tracked and reported all material discrepancies,

saving the government over 2.4 million dollars quarterly/annually. Order,
