Directed 65-member production team with primary responsibility in

five areas: Top Coat, Application, IP Deck, Repair, and Moist

Sand. Supported a production line generating in excess of 1,000 vehicle

units daily. Responsibility included maintaining line flow,

avoiding work stoppages, ensuring seamless production

operations in the paint shop. Responsible for programming conveyer PLC

controllers. Implemented and maintained OEM Paint Shop 5S duties

and maintenance. Established an incentive system increasing Paint

Shop team member productivity and increasing overall morale as measured in

annual staff survey. Collaborated with product up-stream and

down-stream customers on quality control and improvement. Served

as Safety Officer responsible for recording all safety incidents in Paint

Shop.
