business plan for NDT with a potential net project value between $1.8M and $740K.

• Supported PetroIT Americas with the launch of their Construction Management and Asset

M anagement products in the U.S. market. Contract negotiations with a Fortune 500 pipeline

company for fi rst deployment of the product are in progress.

A merican I nnovations

• Rebuilt an unprofitable business unit which provides r isk assessment software and compliance

consulting services to operators of Oil and Gas t ransmission pipelines, including Fortune 500

Companies such as K inder Morgan, Enbridge Energy Partners and Plains All American

P ipelines.

• Booked over $1.2M of client services projects in the fi rst quarter of ‘09, the highest bookings in

t he division’s history and representing 68% of the division’s revenue. Responsible for the

delivery and recognition of over $500K in services in first half of ’09.

• Developed standardized metrics for all client projects. Raised project profit margins from 32%

to 52%. Improved the average effective billing rate for projects by 38% and decreased duration

variance by 26%.

• Lead sales efforts for the only two new accounts in two years. Combined contracts valued at

over $560K.

T roux Technologies

• Developed Troux’s fi rst Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for GMAC Financial Services

w ith a contract valued at $800K. At the t ime of departure, GMAC was negotiating a renewal of

t he hosted solution with a contract value of $1.6M.

• Managed a portfolio of customer projects valued at over $1M, which accounted for

approximately 25% of the service revenue for North America.

• Ensured the successful implementation of Troux’s Enterprise Architecture web-based

application for such Fortune 500 companies as CVS Pharmacy, Weyerhaeuser, Boeing, Merck,

S taples, and BAE Systems.

M otive Communications

• Established the Motive Japan branch office in Tokyo. Responsible for recruiting local staff,

managing operations, sales support, delivery of client services and customer care for such

companies as NEC, SoftBank Yahoo!BB and Fujitsu. During this t ime, annual revenue for the

office increased from $2M to $6M.
