builder. Responsibilities included all aspects of financial accounting and

reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. Managed the accounting

department as well as accounting, tax and external auditors.

* Upgraded financial infrastructure to meet requirements of company

experiencing 200% annual revenue growth and adding operations in 2

additional states.

* Negotiated with multiple banks to obtain and renew guidance lines in

excess of $150 million with very favorable rates, terms and covenants.

* Implemented purchase order procedures to ensure appropriate job costs,

proper payment of subcontractors and suppliers and coordinated job

costs with bank draws.
