IB Acquisitions/AT&T Uverse Greenville, SC
Entry Level Account Manager
In understanding marketing and sales from my experience in supervising and
management
in the pizza industry IB Acquisitions, with the advancement oppurtunity,
looked like a good
fit and a new challenge. There we are based off a 100% commission and run a
residential sales and marketing campaign for AT&T Uverse.
While here, I advanced through what was supposed to be a 2-5 week process
out of entry level in a reasonable 5 days. In my first month in my new
surroundings I created more sales than anyone in the office, and began to
interview to build a sales team for myself.
Job Duties: Marketing and Sales for AT&T Uverse, Interviewing, Training,
Building a clientele base
Dominos Pizza Greenville, SC
General Manager
Dominos was under new ownership and seemed to be in a rebuilding process
that should move in the correct direction. When hired back on I had to work
for a while as the assistant manager of the simpsonville location. After
moving from there, I was sent to greenwood to
run that location and train a new general manager for the expectation of my
departure to another store. After successfully completing that task, I was
moved to a new location in Mauldin. There I begin to train the crew and get
the store going in the right direction. After a manager quit I was
transferred to Simpsonville again, this time to run the location. During
my only month there, the store profited and created bonus for the first
time since the new ownership took over, at which point I was transferred
back to Mauldin again because of manager departure. After the constant
changes in salary, numerous manipulations to the bonus structure, what
looks to me as a downfall for that company, I had to begin to look
elsewhere.
My job duties were hiring, training, customer service, regular paperwork,
conference calls on monday, upkeep of payroll, and the general duties of
running the store.
Lil Caesars Greenville, SC
General Manager
Coming back to Lil Caesars, to what seemed to be a good opportunity,
created a way for me
to live back home and work in an environment I was used to. I hired and
trained a crew and did my best to create a good environment for my peers to
work in. During this process I
began to be moved from store to store as a fill in manager, with a
constantly moving
schedule at 6 different locations. Sometimes it would be week to week, at
other times day to day. This ultimately led to my departure, from a company
that seemed to be headed in the right direction.
My job duties were to hire and train a crew of 10, present and do paperwork
daily, process food orders, do regular inventory counts to better keep up
with food costs, handle cash

EDUCATION:
control, arrive to office meetings on monday mornings, keep my staff in
good standing and make sure they are presentable on a regular basis, and do
many general operations in the store.
Dominos Pizza Greenwood, SC
Assistant Manager, General Manager, Supervisor
Entering Dominos with the experience from Lil Caesars put me on a fast
track to what
ended up being a store management and supervisor position in less than 8
months. I also managed to create this while attending college at Lander
University, majoring in Business Management.
I performed all duties of the store as well as marketing the store to
create greater profits for myself as well as the company.
As a store manager, such duties were: controlling funds, producing
paperwork, creating a profitable as well as workable employee work
schedule, training new management and
crew, controlling inventory, placing food and coke orders, managing
invoices and accounts, creating a presentable work environment, enforcing
the regulations of the store, presenting
a fantastic product and "wowing" the customer with immaculate service.
As a supervisor my extra duties involved traveling to audit stores and
receive paperwork, traveling to Tennessee for our University of Tennessee
Football account on home games, meeting with the owner every monday with
paperwork and the needs of the 4 stores involved, as well as handling a
broader customer base.
In marketing the store I produced a few accounts to boost sales. The
highest producing account was Greenwood High's school lunch account,
creating an extra $1500.00 in net sales per week.
Lil Caesars Piedmont, SC
CSR, Assistant Manager
Lil Caesars was a new opportunity, with faster progression towards a
position of responsibility. I began as a Customer Service Representative
and quickly learned many of the aspects it took to not only perform my job
well, but also the aspects of what it took to prove myself as a manager.
I performed all duties in the store from a CSR perspective as well as
management. I
produced excellent customer service, ran shifts, counted inventory, handled
cash and deposits, created and fully understood all paperwork, controlled
food and labor, opened and closed the store, as well as making a very
presentable product and creating great work environment for all of my
peers.
Ingles Piedmont, SC
Cashier
Categorized as a cashier, I performed duties as a cashier as well as some
stocking. The aspects of the job were to control the till, perform great
customer service in a timely manner, stock when needed, and detail your
surroundings before departing work.
2010 Lander University Greenwood, SC
n/a Business Management
I went to Lander to pursue a career in business, as I'm a
very business minded individual. During my time there I
ultimately ended up getting married, and during my
sophomore year was presented with the opportunity to manage
the Greenwood Dominos Pizza locations. For financial
security, and quick fix better environment for me and my
wife I took the offer and
had to put school behind me for the time, even though I did
attempt to do both for a semester. But working 60 hours a
week, going to school, and trying to keep a working
relationship together was too much to happen at such a time.
During the spring of 2008 I decided to make the switch to
join the work force and leave school behind for now.
PERSONAL:
I'm a very self motivated individual with a desire to be the best at what I
do. I'm very
dedicated to what I do, and determined to promote myself to
new limits, which aided me in the experience I have in such
a short career to date.
