Special Assignment Full Year 2009

. During Chapter 11 bankruptcy, I was assigned lead responsibility by

the CEO, to work with the Chief Restructuring Officers' consulting

team to develop the Plan of Reorganization (POR)

. Redesigned company's sophisticated 5-year model to include: monthly

sales and production forecasts by line; future markets; capital

expenditures; planed operational changes and plant closings; and

metrics, income statements, balance sheet, cash flow, and bank

covenants

. Provided sales analysis to CEO that led to the closure of 3 plants:

saving $110m yearly

. As liaison between the company and the investment banker, banks, and

creditor groups: developed the POR; provide reconciling analysis; led

weekly reviews of cash flow and operating results; achieved consensus;

realizing $1.7b in exit financing and $800m in equity

. Led yearly financial budgeting process for this $7b company

. NETEX is Pilgrim's Pride largest manufacturing complex consisting of 2

slaughter plants, the company's largest cook plant, a regional truck

shop and the company's largest protein conversion plant

. Responsible for full accounting, budgeting, operational analysis,

financial reporting, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, inventory,

accruals, operation metrics and period closes

1990 - 1992 Biedenharn Bottling Company: Monroe, LA - A privately held Coca-

Cola bottler and distributor. The 7th largest Coca-Cola bottler in the

United States (acquired by CCE in 1992)
