various state government programs administered to compliment local service
delivery. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing
social/human services programs, public safety, environmental, clinical
improvement, and supports for persons from diverse cultures, socio-economic
levels, and citizens with disabilities and their families.
Develop collaborative and multi-disciplinary teams comprised of state and
local government agencies, community, special interest, and family members
to structure strategies and systems to enhance service delivery and remove
disparity. Emphasis is placed on sustainability and consumer training to
compliment service delivery.
Grants Administration: 22 years
Management level positions responsible for the overall administration of
statewide grant programs. Develop internal working teams for grant
application development, review criteria, monitoring standards, reporting
structure, and closeout procedures.
Develop training curriculum for grant partners, advisory groups, and
employees to assure program compliance and increase benefits of grant

payable, accounts receivable, and budget preparation. Developed internal
processes to increase efficiency in receipt and payment processing.
