number of years. I have coordinated and overseen vendor/contractor

activity during new construction, remodel, installation and/or other

related activity of work. This would include project interaction and

coordination with architects and engineers. Current experience in month-

to-month expenditures and budgeting; short/long term capital

improvement/recommendations and prediction of unexpected emergencies. I
