/ vendors the opportunity to meet the construction & design

team and for generalized discussion on issues, either positive

or negative, which may impact cost and/or the construction

schedule.

Subcontract negotiation and project buyout

Manage and assign / review daily tasks distributed to team

members who include a Junior Estimator, Contacts Coordinator
