Wyoming Army National Guard – Cheyenne Wyoming
Cable System Installer/Maintainer (February 24th, 2004 to April 2009). Originally trained as a 25L (Cable Systems
Installer/Maintainer). Established telephone lines and cables within a tactical environment. Created point to point telecommunications
over great distances using WD1 –TT and WF16 (Communications Wire). Devised telephone lines to span roads, railroads, and water
runoff. Eventually formulating large networks with multiple phones using switchboards. Troubleshot telephone lines to resolve
communications failure. Found faults and repaired them by splicing cables together or running entire new lines.
Information Technology Specialist (April 2009 to Present) Held the position of IMO (Information Management Officer)
for the 115th Fires Brigade in Camp ARIFJAN, Kuwait. Supported the accounts of several hundred U.S. solders. Established a help
desk system for users to report issues/needs. Created user accounts on a regular basis. Regulated access using Active Directory
Users and Computers. Learned how to create a Domain and add or remove systems. Demonstrated understanding of Security
