2010 Responsibilities included installing, monitoring, testing and turn-up of various facilities.
P rovided 24-hour support to Fortune 500 companies in a Premium Data Center atmosphere.
Monitored real t ime ticket t racking system for network or customer outages, technical assistance or on-
demand maintenance. Daily interaction with network and customer support groups. Installed and
tested network and customer equipment according to methods of operations using job specifications,
d rawings, f loor plans, etc. Conducted point to point installations, testing t roubleshooting of electrical
and optical circuits. Implemented hardware and software upgrades. Experience with cable builds/
pulls for DS1/ DS3 and Ethernet cables. Cat5/ Fiber circuit cross connects. Coordinated hardware
adds, moves or changes to customer cage/ cabinet or equipment racks according to service requested.
Ability to document and monitor environmental alarms for power failures, HVAC alarms, physical
security and site emergencies. Perform weekly and monthly preventive maintenance inspections.
