Build homes from start to finish including dealing with buyers from lot
purchase, designing the plan, estimating, bidding, supervision of all subs,
dealing with customers, warranty, scheduling, accounts payable, ordering
all material, picking colors, working within budget, obtaining financing,
obtaining city permits, working with city inspectors and taking the house
thru closing. To include work done by myself all trim work hanging of
doors, installing of windows, baseboards, painting, tile work, installing
of cabinets, wood floors, sheetrock repairs, framing, small pours of
concrete, landscaping and dirt work. Projects to include custom homes,
tract homes, town homes and duplexes. Over 100 homes in Santa Fe Village,
20 homes in Bosque Meadows and over 200 homes built in various areas in the
Albuquerque area. I was called in by a Bank to complete work left undone
by another Builder who went bankrupt.

Bidding materials, take offs, framing, supervising subcontractors, floor
plan development, warranty department, invoice supervision. Scheduling of
all work and material deliveries, running up to 40 men and all
subcontractors in the construction of tract homes in 4 different
subdivisions on the West Mesa.

Construction Superintendent:
Responsible for scheduling, overseeing construction, quality control of
tract homes in 3 different subdivisions.
Cimmarron Builders, Albuquerque, NM
1984 - 1987
Construction Superintendent:
Bidding materials, take offs, framing supervising subcontractors, reading
blueprints. Ran up to 35 men and all subs in the construction of over 400
tract and custom homes, including scheduling all work.
Brown & Root, Houston, TX
1981 - 1984
General Foreman:
Responsible for construction of a power plant, supervising 35 foremen and
300 laborers. Work included forms, ironwork, rigging, Q decking, sheet
rock and tape, tile, paint, trim, roofs, siding, doors and windows.
Finished six month ahead of schedule.

Building crushers, mills and pipelines. Supervised a crew of 30 to
complete the job on time.

Carpenter:
Started as a carpenter and promoted to foreman. Supervised 25 men in back
hoe and forklift operation, concrete, framing, roofing, red iron, siding,
sheet rock, etc.
