Tooling Manager - Norwich Manufacturing Division 2004 to 2008
Served as plant manager for the company tool shop, directing day-to-day
operations, including budget and labor reporting. Oversaw the build of
injection molds for thermoplastic and thermoset molds. Supervised 10-12
tool makers in all phases of mold build and repair; handled employee
hiring and termination. Specified and approved mold drawings. Placed
orders for mold components, bases, and steel.

Managed all aspects of the tool shop, including scheduling repairs and
engineering production mold and tooling changes. Partnered with outside
tool shops to have engineering changes and repairs performed for
