positive cash flow and profitability during the current recessional

P&L responsibilities for Company's metal stamping, welding and coating
facility. Oversaw management of Human Relations, Design and Process
Engineering, Quality Assurance, Facilities, Maintenance and Manufacturing
departments. Implemented Lean manufacturing practices with a union
workforce resulting in:

. Reducing lead time from weeks to days for both automotive and
telecommunications product lines;

material replenishment systems internal to operation as well as
vendors and customer locations;

motorcycle and automobile assembly plants. Responsible for Company's
Material's Management and Logistics integrating transition of localization
of manufacturing and purchasing functions from Japan to the U.S. Directly
responsible for the management of Human Resources, Purchasing, Production
and Inventory Control and Logistics departments. Implemented and maintained
trans-pacific material replenishment kan ban system. Introduced into Lean
manufacturing practices supplemented with Honda provided "Kepnor Treghoe"
and "Best Practices" training in situation appraisal, project management
and analytical trouble shooting practices.
Cooper Industries - Energy Services Group, Springfield, Ohio 1980 -
1993
Production & Inventory Control Manager
Manufacturer of integrated reciprocating compressors and engines for the
main purpose of bulk natural gas transmission from the well head. Entered
as Materials Planner, promoted through the positions of Production Control
Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Master Scheduler. Transferred to
Company's Denver, Colorado engine rebuild and service facility responsible
for facilities management, customer service, inside aftermarket sales and
parts distribution management. Returned to Ohio manufacturing facility
after 4 year tenure as divisional Aftermarket Sales Supervisor promoted to
Production and Inventory Control Manager.
