RE: Reference and recommendation - Mike Stroud
To whom it may concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Mike Stroud. Mike worked for
me in an executive capacity in our IT department. I found him to be
professional, creative and perseverant when tackling the toughest
assignments.
Mike clearly adds value in a senior IT management role, but the additional
value he brought to me and to CRL may not be reflected on his resume.
Mike was and is a gifted mentor, not only for his staff, but also for me
personally.
He believed in his people and helped them grow professionally, and
frequently served as my sounding board when I was faced with challenging
situations.
He is often the voice of reason, offering a calm and thoughtful approach
when those traits matter most.
I highly recommend Mike for employment. He would be a great asset to any
organization, and if the opportunity arose, I would bring him back to CRL.
If you would like additional information about Mike, please contact me at
your convenience.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Oberg
