Applied strategic planning, prioritization and project management skills

of monthly air emission calculations for sources as part of permit
requirements for the Fractionator and pipeline station (Title V major/PSD
minor facility). Trained, mentored and supervised a team of 4 contract
employees, including LDAR Techs and Environmental Scientists. Proficiently
performed Greenhouse Gases calculations on combustion sources for
stockholders and created major/minor Title V permit modifications for the
Fractionator. Prioritized, planned and coordinated multiple simultaneous
projects to maximize efficiency and achieve critical timelines while
maintaining under budget. Updated management on preparations and
submittals include Emission Inventory, Tier II, Annual Underground
Injection Control report, Annual and Semi-annual Title V reports, Excess
Emission Reports, Voluntary Disclosure submittals, monthly DMR, and Annual
Storm water Report.
. Supervised and allocated OPEX budget of $1.5 million annually.
. Additional responsibilities included being the Security Champion for
