An independent industrial group fully focused on the design, production,
and sale of components and integrated systems for cars. Valeo is one of the
world's leading automotive suppliers with sales over 8 billion Euro.
NAFTA Industrial Director and IAM/OES Director (2003-2008, Greensburg,
IN)
Directed the industrial activity for four N.A. Valeo sites with sales
totaling over $400 million.
. Provided strategic direction and program management for product transfers
between five sites saving over 5 million dollars.
. Implemented lean six sigma best practices across NAFTA and Asian region
to make the VEC US Auto division one of most profitable within Valeo.
. Leader of N.A. due diligence team for Manufacturing and MP&L for Valeo
expansion opportunities.
. Directed the OES and Aftermarket activities (including Sales Director)
for two sites with sales totaling over $55 million including bottom line
responsibility.

Condenser Product Line Director (Plant Manager) (2000-2003,
Greensburg, IN)
Directed the condenser and module production with over $150 million in
sales. This included bottom line responsibility.
. Developed the Greensburg plant into one of the leading plants (income,
inventory) within Valeo.
. Improved the Gross Margin six percent by utilizing the Valeo Production /
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma System. This system included; Process
Zoning, Auto Quality, Flow Analysis, MPS, implement of small containers /
trains, SMED projects, Pull Flow, Kanban, Heijunka Sequencers, Bottleneck
and MTBF Analysis, Operator in Motion, QRQC, SAP, DMAIC, Hoshin (PDCA),
and numerous Kaizen projects.
Director of Human Resource Management (1998-2000, Jamestown, NY)
Directed a Human Resources department which oversaw compensation, labor
relations (IAM & UAW), benefits, training and development, HRIS, and
performance management for over 550 employees.

Directed a Human Resources department that oversaw compensation, labor
relations (Sheet Metal Workers), benefits, and safety for over 400
