Customer Service Teams at our field offices on various issues that impact

cash receipts

payments per year for approximately 280 suppliers.

. Maintain a Major Account report for 52 top suppliers for the purpose of

tracking estimated cash receipts of $2.2 million on a monthly basis.

. Maintain a deduction report for the purpose of tracking issues on a

monthly basis for both Field Offices and Management.

. Reconcile all supplier accounts on a monthly basis.

. Research and help resolve brokerage commission issues such as short

payments, deductions, withheld brokerage and rate discrepancies.

. Calculated the reserve for doubtful accounts on a monthly basis for V.P.

of Finance.
