Responsible for ordering, storing, and taking inventory of food.
Recorded the amount of food cooked and served for each meal to be
submitted to the 4c's program.
Created inventory system and implemented anti-theft program. Served
up to fifty children and twelve staff three times a day.
Set up local produce and meat accounts to incorporate fresh local
produce and meat in the children's menu.
Maintained costs with in budgetary guidelines. Lowered costs of meals
while exceeding nutritional guidelines and incorporating foods that
the children liked.
