A $80 Million in annual revenue automotive stamping and assembly plant supplying Nissan, DCX, GM and

Ford. (70% Tier I /30% Tier II)

Plant Accountant

Month-end and year-end financial reporting.

Annual operating plan preparation, weekly and monthly forecasting and daily reporting of key

measurables.

Provide information to and act as a liaison with Corporate Accounting, Tax and HR and well as

Internal and External Auditors.

Provide guidance and indirect supervision to two clerical employees as well as assist other Shiloh

plants with issues.

Assist Cost Accountant with physical inventories and standard cost setting.

Complete account and bank reconciliations as well as sales & use tax returns on a monthly basis.

Work with Corporate Accounting in updating and documenting policies in order to be in compliance

with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Experience with QAD and BAAN software systems and was a key member of the BAAN system

conversion. Extensive use of Excel, Kronos and IQS.

Premdor Entry Systems (Masonite), Dickson, TN February 1988 – October 2000

General Accounting Manager (January 1991 – October 2000)

Financial reporting & annual operating plan preparation.

Supervision of 3 clerical employees, and maintenance of office and telephone equipment.

Payroll preparation for salaried employees and filing of all payroll and sales tax returns.

Experience with ASI and Mac-Pac software systems as well as being a key member on both system

implementations.

Also managed shipping department for three years during this time frame leading to lower freight costs

and increased customer service. Changes made saved the company $800K a year.

Financial Analyst/Cost Accountant (February 1988 – December 1990)

A member of the start-up team for a new Dickson, TN facility (Premdor),

Preparation of operating budgets for the two plants, reporting of key measureables, tracking capital

expenditures and special projects to improve inventory and product costing.

Payroll and sales tax returns, journal entries, salary payroll and sales commission calculation.

Assisted Plant Accountant and Controller in budgeting, standard setting, physical inventory and other

PCR software implementation.
