of digital data strategy and acquisition for open archives and special

maximize the use of primary source material.

. Created niche derivative products from existing digital products to

leverage company investment; for example, I led the development of

fully customizable subsets of historical newspapers to be sold to

public libraries so they may have access to their local content at

affordable price point.

. Spear headed the development of business plan for new database of

derivative content, The Civil War: Antebellum Period to

Reconstruction; comprised fully searchable digital resource for

students and scholars, named an outstanding title by Choice (2010).
