authority for all site operations, including strategic planning and

implementation for sophisticated and contemporary repair and maintenance

programs, construction, safety programs. Initiate and manage capital

and develop new business processes to streamline internal operations.

JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC. . Northern California . 2007-2008

International, $34 billion Company with business in automotive, power and

building systems.

Regional Manager: Directed all business, performance and financial

functions for 13 Hewlett Packard campuses totaling 6 million square feet.

Held complete P&L authority for all site operations, including strategic

planning and implementation for sophisticated and contemporary repair and

maintenance programs, construction, safety programs, procurement,

shipping/receiving, fleet management and shuttle service. Initiated and

managed capital projects to maintain facilities. Liaised with customers to
