Responsible for the development and leadership of the Medical

quotations group focusing on Medical system level build opportunities.

Played an active role in the analysis, development and presentation

of proposals and responses to Medical customer's request for

information, proposals or quotations (RFI, RFP, RFQs). Responsible

for the development of a strategic supply chain to support custom

fabricated requirements for new medical programs.

Accomplishments include:

Responsible for all aspects of Supply Chain Management. Functional

areas of responsibility include Strategic Sourcing, NPI Sourcing,

Tactical Purchasing, Master Scheduling, Inventory Control, and

Logistics (Shipping, Receiving and Stores). This position leads 9

management and staff-level individuals with responsibility for over

50 indirect employees. Created a Supply Chain Management strategy and

direction that incorporates cross functional commodity teams focused

on improving supplier performance and value to the company.

Management of the acquisition process of over $150M in productive

material annually in full compliance with FDA requirements.

Significant focus in this position lies in streamlining existing

processes, training and development of people, development of cross-

Responsible for the purchasing of Raw Material, Mechanical, and

Electronic components. Direct management of 18 salaried employees

with a focus on implementation of customized supplier management

techniques. Shared budget responsibility of $1.7 million with

commodity expenditures in excess of $50 million.
