Quality Engineer, Ocean Spray, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, February 2009 to

Present

. Support and foster a World Class Quality program to ultimately protect

the Ocean Spray brand at the company's flagship plant.

. Primary contact to provide guidance and advisement to operations in

terms of the daily quality issues to ensure compliance with Ocean

Spray's Product Safety/Process Control policy.

. Principal lead for the plant's primary continuous improvement project,

optimization of the dryer sanitation, to include water and energy

reduction along with reduction in cleaning time.

. Primary lead on two Continuous Improvement Projects (2009) leading to

a potential annual cost savings of $50,000 annually.

. Initiated and continue to support and further integrate Statistical

Process Control (SPC) software into the operation.

. Active Committee member and representative from the Quality Department

on the Process Change Request/Change Management Committee (PCRF).

. Manage and update the product and raw material specification database

for the plant and ensure this information is communicated through a

Technical Change Notification (TCN) to the plant's change management

team.
