Profile
Over 27 years of USAF military experience in command and control systems, programs, training and
exercises. Extensive experience as platform, simulation and in-flight C2 air battle management
instructor; with expertise in exercise and contingency planning supporting US and NATO AWACS
programs. Led C2 exercise planning, directly supporting NORTHCOM/NORAD inspections of
Cheyenne Mountain Operations Complex, NORAD Air Defense Region Operational Exercises and
NORAD sector C2 Alert Force Evaluations. Led post-911 exercise scenario development for inspections
in the changed NORAD and NORTHCOM air defense and C2 environments. Additional expertise in
