Business and Process Development
. Assisted Senior Recruiter by developing targeted candidate searches
and screenings to match client job requirements. Posted targeted job
searches to job boards for candidate pool creation. Performed
database entry and maintenance tasks to keep candidate data current
and complete.
. Learned all aspects of broker business through in-house training,
profit center development, and personal relationships created with
automotive dealers, wholesalers, and after-market retailers.
. Planned, staffed, and completed financial fundraising campaigns that

(25%) of funding through direct donor pledges, unit product sales, and

. Directed the successful planning and opening of CHEC's retail resource
center and website launch to serve the general public and constituents
of CHEC. Responsible for business planning, marketing initiatives,
and daily operations. Developed and managed inventory control system,
supplier relations, shipping and receiving operations, and
staff/intern training. 2005 FY gross sales increased 600% with local,
regional, and national exposure.
. Achieved more accurate and improved results from a newly implemented
corporate die size and cost modeling tool as the Design Engineering
technical liaison to the tool developers. Resulted in a die size
reduction estimation of 22% over initial tool results that contributed
to significant cost analysis savings for customer quoting.
Customer Service and Relations
. Served clients through working with them to provide solutions to their
vehicle buying and selling needs - Closed business transactions where
vehicles were sold and bought on behalf of the client with all aspects
of the process completed that saved the client time, money, and
hassle.
. Determined key district volunteer positions needed to provide
leadership for training, programs, and activities. Directed committee
tasks and oversight for recruitment and selection processes to fill
critical positions.

Project, Operations, and Program Management
. Managed the operations and budgets for 3000+ youth membership, 1000+
adult volunteers, and 100+ unit groups with emphasis on programs and
events at multi-levels for unit, district, council, and community
service.
. Developed and worked strategic plan to create partnership
opportunities, which engaged community businesses and organizations,
and re-focused resources for youth Explorer (school-to-career based
program) units. The programs focused on character development,
community service, and youth leadership training through adult
mentorship for a chosen career field. Resulted in 10% unit growth and
10% youth membership growth.
. Managed office operations being responsible for the day-to-day office
processes, staff, and volunteers. Consulted on the business
marketing, planning, and operations of a new retail and web based
resource center.
. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated tasks for a multi-team effort that
was responsible for technology de-bug tracking and issue resolution on
a test chip project needed for customer evaluation availability.
Completed successful design by overcoming issues associated with a new
technology release such as model and cell development, library file

. Coordinated and directed test program de-bug of test audit issues on
Standard Product part testing with DE/TE/PE groups. Managed the tasks
and expertise needed to review the failures, determine the fixes
needed, and verify the results to resolve test program audit action
items. This allowed targeted FCA/GCA releases to occur so that
costumer program schedules were met on products that generated $3-5M
annual revenue.
. Designed standard cell CMOS digital circuitry for automotive
electronic ASICs in both design team and project lead positions.
Responsible for and successfully managed all product phases from
customer specification review to packaged part production test
