Experience:

. Management experience for over 25 years in dealing with all types of

retail and restaurant concepts.

. Extremely familiar with all health, liquor and fire codes/licensing

qualifications.

I've worked with the juvenile court system in a number of ways

including one on one and group counseling in a detention center

environment, and in the court proceedings that follow.

Duties include but no limited to:

Providing excellent customer services and cultivation of customer goodwill

ensuring repeat business. To oversee all employees during peak business

hours in a high paced business environment. Oversee all business cash

flow/safe control and dealing with banks/financial institutions. Ensuring

all health codes are being followed by all employees, to guarantee a safe
