online education serving over 100,000 students and employing over 1300

employees, I directly supervised 25 employees ranging from Senior

responsible for over 400 employees and 25 managers who generated (on

average) a profit of 50 million dollars per year during my tenure. We also

increased our productivity by 100% and implemented various quality

improvement techniques that improved quality and improved our national

ranking by climbing from being ranked 51st in the nation to the 6th best
