Ingersoll Rand.

Develop and implement Environmental Health and

Safety policies and procedures. I revise and maintain all

EHS programs and policies. Review and assist with

implementation of corrective actions for all accident

investigations. Developed, organize and lead the Safety,

Ergonomic, and First Responder teams and report directly to

the Plant Manager. Work with outside agencies for

Workman's Compensation programs. I am responsible for

meeting annual EHS Budget requirements and implementation of

cost savings ideas that maintain safety requirements. I

develop and lead all EHS training in both small group

settings and in "All Employee" meetings that are held bi-

weekly and monthly. Responsible for maintaining all

Environmental Reporting (SPCC, Storm water, HazWaste, etc.).

RCRA and DOT trained as well.

2003-2006 Safety Administrator

Manage safety staff that oversees safety/health issues in

plant of 4300+ employees. Set 2004 Arkansas State Record for

man-hours worked without a loss time accident. Act as direct

liaison with various safety and environmental regulatory

agencies regarding compliance as well as with our in-house

medical department to proactively identify potential problem

areas within our facility. Lead all accident investigation

processes. Conduct and coordinate all Contractor safety-

training programs. Provide technical Safety/Industrial

Hygiene guidance and assistance for existing and new

equipment/systems. Responsible for developing and

coordinating safety management programs in Lockout/Tagout,

Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Press Safety, Confined Space,

Hearing Conservation, PPE, HAZCOM, Respiratory and Forklift

training to identify, evaluate and control hazards. Developed

and coordinated the Division's Ergonomics program for the

purpose of reducing/eliminating ergonomics issues. Provide

engineering assistance to environmental operations/programs

and involved with permitting and reporting activities.

2003-2003 Supplier Quality Engineer

Interface with manufacturing, technology, process, and

quality engineering on special assignments and quick hit

teams. Work with suppliers in getting "first part approval"

parts through the system. Analyze failed components to

improve the reliability and quality of received components

from suppliers. Assist with quality issues related to

supplier parts and track and declare SQR ratings for assigned

suppliers. Work on 10x teams to assure quality goals are

achieved. Participate in daily meetings to review daily

quality issues with supplier parts. Suggest changes in

Receiving Inspection sampling strategy to minimize

manufacturing disruption caused by non-conforming supplier

parts. Provide written corrective action, both short term and

long term, for any CAL non-conformities assigned.

1998-2003 Laboratory Technician

Whirlpool Corp.

Analytical lab duties included environmental testing, and

testing of bulk chemicals for impurities. Worked with

several different types of equipment such as Gas

Chromatographs, Infrared Spectroscopy, etc. to analyze

known/unknown material. Also involved with some supervision

of other lab technicians.

1993- 1998 Environmental Laboratory Technician

Data Testing, Inc.

Responsible for all field-testing methods and all laboratory

testing. Testing included analysis on soil, water, and

industrial wastewater among other things. Equipment used to

perform analysis included: Atomic Absorption, Hach

Spectrometer and various titrations. Worked with Local

Municipalities on state required reporting.
